Kat has gone through the most horrific marriage to the most horrific man and they were married for such a short time!
She needs a safe place to escape her husband and her brother asks his friend Jackson.
Jackson has gone through his own hard times but is more than willing to help his friend out. What he doesn’t expect is what happens after Kat moves in!
This one is full of so much heartbreak, overcoming hard times, and it wouldn’t be a romance without a little spice thrown in-or a lot🥵 Both characters grow throughout this book and it was so good to see. There are some bumps along the way (the ending little twist👀) but we can all appreciate the good people winning 🥰
